Join Sarah for this immersive workshop blends somatic awareness with powerful manifestation practices, uniting mind, body and intention.
Through visualization, movement, meditation and a guided Somatic Activated Healing session, you’ll learn how to consciously create your life vision and anchor it deeply into your body.
We begin by settling the nervous system and opening the body through intuitive movement, followed by a guided 6-step life vision process. Each step is integrated with somatic “body keys” to imprint your intentions on a cellular level.
The workshop culminates in a Somatic Activated Healing session, allowing emotions and sensations to move freely, clearing inner blocks and reconnecting you to a deeper source of guidance, inspiration, and vitality.
A grounded yet expansive space to align with your vision and embody it.
Following the workshop, you have the option to continue exploring this powerful practice in Sarah's weekly Somatic Activated Healing classes every Friday 11:00-12:00 ~ each class will have a different theme.

Workshop: Pilates Into Yin
Saturday 31st January | 15.00-17:00
Join Claudia for an Introductory Workshop 'Pilates into Yin'
The event will be a fun and intense mat pilates class, introducing Pilates breathing and a classic core strength based mat Pilates. Sweating is guaranteed!
Followed by a calming Yin Yoga, with a change of breathing and a practice that reaches deep into body and soul and brings a round and relaxed finish.
Following the workshop, Claudia will begin weekly classes on Wednesday evenings. Anyone who attends the workshop in January can take advantage of a discounted fee of only €10 per class for the February classes
Claudia is a Mat Pilates teacher, and has also completed a 500 hours Yoga Teacher Training and is a Brazilian Jiu jitsu black belt and active competitor.
She loves movement in every way and is fascinated by the human body. Traveling, being in Nature and spending time with loved ones are 3 of the things that have priority in my life besides my love triangle of Bjj, Yoga and Pilates.
Claudia’s classes are meant to move you out of your comfort zone while having fun at the same time.
