Linda - Hatha soft flow & Yin Yoga
Soft Flow & Hatha is a grounding and joyful class, moving you from stillness to flow, through some longer held poses and balance.
Flow into Yin is a beautiful class starting with slow movement and transitioning into blissful Yin poses.

Claudia - mat Pilates/Yin Yoga
A classic core strength based mat Pilates class, sweating is guaranteed. Followed by calming Yin Yoga, a practice that reaches deep into body and soul and brings a round and relaxed finish.Claudia is a mat pilates teacher, yoga teacher, and Brazilian Jiujitsu black belt and active competitor.
Cony - Traditional Tantra Yoga/Embodiment Flow
Tantra Yoga is a traditional embodied path that works with mantra, mudra, breath, and Hatha Yoga to harmonize the body, mind, and subtle energies. Rooted in classical Tantra, the practice balances lunar and solar currents, awakening Shakti and cultivating inner union.
