Heather - Release & Reset

Description:

This unique class is all about releasing tension and improving posture.

Taught by Heather Hughes, a Somatic Movement Instructor, you’ll learn her Release & Reset Method, a series of slow, controlled, relaxing movements performed lying down on a mat. These movements work with the nervous system by instructing it to let go of chronically-held tension while helping the body return to a more neutral, healthier posture, creating long-term change.

This relaxing class can help reduce and even eliminate chronic pain, tension, headaches and discomfort. If you’ve tried everything to release tight, tense muscles with little success, this class is for you. These movements can also help prevent and correct age-related posture.

Cony - Traditional Tantra Yoga/Embodiment Flow

Tantra Yoga is a traditional embodied path that works with mantra, mudra, breath, and Hatha Yoga to harmonize the body, mind, and subtle energies. Rooted in classical Tantra, the practice balances lunar and solar currents, awakening Shakti and cultivating inner union.

Embodiment flow combines the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with the grounding alignment of Hatha and the self-awareness of Tantra.
